1. Caden (우동카덴) 380m ★★★★☆

Owned by Jung Ho-young, a famous chef specializing in Japanese cuisine, Caden serves hot, and cold Japanese noodles and appetizers. Their signature menu is the “Bukkake Udon,” a must for every diner. However, when planning your visit, remember that there is often a short waiting time and no parking spots. Fun fact: Chef Jung is often at the restaurant himself, but his cooking skills are displayed on reruns of the hit Korean reality show, Chef & My Fridge (냉장고를 부탁해)

2. Everything Bagel 895m ★★★★★

With 11 types of bagels, 5 types of cream cheese, and 4 different sandwiches, Everything Bagel can cover all meals with no problem. However, many flavors sell out fast so make sure to go at least one or two hours before closing time! Everything Bagel was co-founded by Mr. Hee-Joon Lee (‘94), an SFS alum who wanted to share his unique NYC experience with the Korean public. Fun fact: the iconic red, white, and black SFS bagels are

ordered from here!

3. CHA TING (차팅) 495m ★★★★★

Known as Meeting to SFS students, CHA TING is famous for its boba and croffles. However, their menu goes on for 5 pages, listing a variety of drinks and sweets to satisfy every customer. The store is also known for its incredibly friendly owner! He of ten gives free size-ups and serves every drink with a Lotus cookie.

If you aren’t new to SFHS, you know how much the PTA and students love CHA TING.

Fun fact: CHA TING is an extremely popular after-school spot - SFS students are often studying or hanging out on the balcony.

4. YunGyung (연경) 306m ★★★★☆

YunGyung is the bright red, traditional Chinese building right below the hill. From the outside, it may look like an intimidating, strange place to walk into, but inside, it is filled with Chinese culture and the savory smell of delicious dishes. The original YunGyung is located in Chinatown, Incheon, but its popularity made it branch out to Yeonhui-dong. Fun fact: YungGyung was the first to serve White Black Bean Noodles!
